Are you free for lunch on Thursday, August 19? If you can get away at 11 AM on that day, please join me at the “Four Rivers Center for the Performing Arts” in Paducah for a public forum addressing Kentucky’s growing obesity epidemic. Members of Governor Fletcher’s Get Healthy Kentucky initiative will be there to collect input from citizens who are concerned about issues that affect the health of Kentuckians, including physical activity, community planning that encourages healthy living, affordable fitness choices and the availability of ways for families to be active. Registration will begin at 10:30 AM.
