Mountain Bike Race Management
The majority of the CRCC officers have reached an agreement on the
following proposals as of 17 July 2007.
Proposal 1:
CRCC has agreed that the management and control of all future mountain
bike races, including but not limited to the WL and BEC, be turned
over to Team WoodNWave. This includes both the legal and financial
responsibilities.

management of the WL and BEC race if so desired with proper
notification to Team WoodnWave of at least 6 months prior to the
events.
In the event that Team WoodnWave should disband, ceases operation, or
change ownership, the control of said races and names of Bald Eagle
Challenge and White Lightening reverts immediately to Chain Reaction
Cycling Club. The right to hold the races shall not be transferable to
to another group or team under new management.

Bike trails that CRCC were responsible for in the LBL be turned over
to Team WoodNWave.
Proposal 3:

and to support Team WoodnWave, CRCC has agreed to the following:

supplies for these races. CRCC would retain ownership of the existing
