Ride Calendar 2010
APRIL

Dogwood Trail Ride: BikeWorld, 809 Joe Clifton Dr. Paducah, KY
A relaxed 11 mile bicycle ride through Paducah's lush residential neighborhoods. This year you can count on a brilliant palette of dogwoods, cherry trees, azaleas, tulips, redbuds and everything at once. Riders cycle along at their own comfortable pace, usually for about 90 minutes. The route is clearly marked but there are plenty of opportunities to shorten or extend the ride. BikeWorld provides a follow vehicle and staff members on bicycles to circulate among the riders and assist in case of fatigue or mechanical problems. This is a perfect spring outing not only for experienced bicyclists but for families and couples new to riding who want to enjoy a funtastic, low-cost (actually free) outing!

The riders going for bragging rights will down a plate of ribs with a couple of brews then climb on their bike and pedal back to Paducah.

Most of our rides are set help to help everyone succeed. This one is set up to weed out the wimps! Riders are responsible for being self sufficient. It's usually 90 degrees before the sun is fully up. August in western Kentucky-the humidity is legendary. The terrain is lightly rolling hills and well paved roads. Riding both ways (on bike) makes a century. Plus! (107 miles total.) Or contact us to reserve a seat in a vehicle and be sagged back.

RACK is lightly supported, if at all. But, everyone who rides it once wants to do it again! Come join us! Sponsored by BikeWorld.
